Threshold Delivery: This method provides delivery of a large item to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or inside your front door, so you can be sure your purchase is safe and protected from the elements. This method allows you to choose a designated appointment time and requires a signature upon delivery.

Room of Choice Delivery: If you're buying furniture or other bulky pieces, the Room of Choice option means the carrier will deliver the item and put it in any room you want, as long as there's a clear and safe path. White Glove Delivery: The “best of the best”, our White Glove option means that the item will be delivered at your chosen appointment time, and then the carrier will unpack, set up and inspect it to ensure it's just what you expected. For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. If your package does not arrive within 6 days of payment, write to me and I will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to my error I will resend or give you a refund. If the package was delivered, I will give you the tracking number so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and I have no control over that. Hell No! Everything is sent doubled-vacuum sealed and there is no smell. The risk of having a tear in your package is also very rare as we rubber-wrap packages as well. No one can see what's in your package unless someone deliberately opens it up.
If your order does not arrive or gets seized, we will in all fairness ship your package again. For free! We have the following reshipping conditions: Free reshipping takes place after 2 business days. Most packages arrive within 3 days. International mail and customs can have various delays, hence the waiting period. If you have entered an incorrect address (Like forgetting the apartment number), then we cannot reship for free.
